# How do I know my booking has been confirmed?

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a booking reference number, confirming that your reservation has been successfully processed.

A confirmation email will be sent to the address used during booking shortly after. This email will include your booking reference number and detailed instructions on how to claim your eTickets.

To ensure a smooth entry into the Park and avoid any delays on the day of your visit, we kindly request that all guests claim their eTickets in advance of their arrival.
