I have a medical condition which prevents me from queuing.

Our Easypass service is designed to accommodate guests who are unable to stand in the main queue lines due to medical reasons or a disability.

This service places guests in a virtual queue, allowing them to wait comfortably before being invited to access the ride via the Easypass entrance at their designated time.

Please note that the Easypass service does not provide immediate or unrestricted access to rides and is not intended as a 'queue jump' service.
