Lost Property

We will make every effort to locate it for you. However, due to the layout of the park and certain areas being difficult to access, we cannot guarantee that it will be found. Please rest assured that we are diligently working on it.

Given the volume of lost property requests we receive, we will only contact you if we are able to locate your item.

All lost property enquiries are handled by on on-Park Security team. Should the item be found the Security team will contact you immediately to arrange for the item to be returned to yourself.
