My season Pass registration email(s) show the wrong name(s) for the Pass holder(s).
If you’ve received multiple Season Pass registration emails with the same or incorrect name, don’t worry—you can update this during the registration process.
Start the registration process at today.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com/season-pass.
Enter the Pass Number and the First Name shown in the registration email, even if it’s not the intended pass holder’s name.
You’ll then be prompted to upload a photo of the Season Pass holder. This photo will appear on their eTickets for the entire season.
Once registered, you’ll be able to pre-book visits within a rolling 14-day window. During the first booking, a page will appear asking you to verify the details for the pass holder pictured. At this stage, you can update the First Name, Last Name, and email address to ensure they are correct for the season.
This process ensures everything is set up properly for a smooth experience throughout the season.
