Why did I receive a 'Payment Failure' message?

If you received a 'Payment Failure' message while making your booking, please check the following:

Ensure the cardholder's name is entered exactly as it appears on the card.
Verify that the billing address provided matches the address on file with your card issuer.
If applicable, ensure the correct issue number is entered.

Please correct any discrepancies and try your payment again. If the issue persists, you may wish to contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.
